Abstract

EXPLORING ENTREPRENEURIAL PERSONALITY OF ONLINE TAXI DRIVERS IN JAKARTA by: M. Zaki Alamsyah 1708817042 The success of rising sharing companies in Indonesia is Gocar and Grabcar because they provide convenience for the community, so the services they provide provide a domino effect. The following are some of the driving factors for someone who does work as the main driver of work: (1) economic security, (2) working hours flexibility, (3) friend's invitation, (4) employment status, (5) work system. In this study, taxi drivers dared to collect a match with the researchers' expectations about daily driving, they provided memorable services to users so that they obtained higher ratings in performance and the results obtained by the driver could buy additional assistance. (1) performance, (2) rating obtained from users, and (3) target awards. The limitations of this study are limited to brave taxi drivers who are managed individually or individually and are expected from researchers who use samples from non-individual courageous taxis associated with the company.
