Abstract

Elvina Talitha Manda 2020. 8143155393. Analysis of Effectiveness Communication at Induk Koperasi Kepolisian Negara RI. Diploma of Office Administration. Faculty of Economics. State University of Jakarta. This paper has purpose to know about effectiveness communication at Induk Koperasi Kepolisian Negara RI. The method of research is descriptive analysis by using data collection tecniques such as observation and literature study. From the result, it concluded that communication process at Inkoppol is not effective. Communcation at Inkoppol is not effective because that communication isn’t fulfilled effective communication indicator. And its also due to lack of communication skills. To solve this problem Inkoppol could conduct a communication training and using Whatsapp as media communication. Keyword: Communication, Effective Communication, Effective Communcation Indicator
