Reny Nathasya Marbun, 2020; The Influence Of Learning Organization And Employee Resilience On Work Engagement Of Bank Industry, Skripsi, Jakarta: S1 Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics, Jakarta State University. The purpose of this study are: To know 1) The description of learning organization, employee resilience and work engagement of the employees of BUMN bank branch office in Bogor, 2) Effect of learning organization on work engagement of the employees of BUMN bank branch office in Bogor, 3) Effect of employee resilience on work engagement of the employees of BUMN bank branch office in Bogor, 4) The research model learning organization and employee resilience in predicting work engagement of the employees of BUMN bank branch office in Bogor. This research was conducted on 200 employees of the of the employees of BUMN bank branch office in Bogor. The technique used in data collection is the survey method by interviewing and distributing questionnaires and then processed using the SPSS 24 program. This research uses descriptive and ex post facto analysis. The results obtained from the regression show that there is a positive and significant influence between learning organization on work engagement, employee resilience on work engagement and research models of learning organization and employee resilience can predict the work engagement of employees of BUMN bank branch office in Bogor with a value of Fcount > Ftable (19,157> 3,04) and significance (0,000 <0.05).
