Abstract

In the main purpose of this research to find and analyze: 1) The impact of Leadership on Job Satisfaction on Marine and Fisheries Research and HR Agency employees, 2) The impact of the Work Environment on Job Satisfaction on Marine and Fisheries Research and HR Agency employees, 3) The Impact of Leadership on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on Marine and Fisheries Research and HR Agency employees, 4) The Impact of the Work Environment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on Maritime and Fisheries Research and HR Agency employees, 5) The Impact of Job Satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on employees of the Maritime and Fisheries Research and HR Agency, 6) The Impact of Leadership on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on Marine and Fisheries Research and HR Agency employees through Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable and 7) The Impact of the Work Environment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on employees of the Marine and Fisheries Research and HR Agency through Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable. The unit of analysis is 218 employees of the Maritime and Fisheries Research and HR Agency through Job Satisfaction. The observation unit was 482 respondents, consisting of 71 secretarial staff employees, 111 Maritime Research Centers, 121 Fisheries Research Centers, 123 education center employees, and 56 Training and Counseling Center employees. The design of the path analysis research, descriptive, verification and predictive types, and the research method are explanatory surveys. The result shows that: 1) The leadership variable has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of employees at and has a Standardize total effects value of -0.563, so hypothesis 1 has a positive effect of 56.3%, 2) The work environment variable has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of employees and has a standardize total effects value 0.362, so hypothesis 2 has a positive effect of 36.2%, 3) The leadership variable has a positive and significant effect of OCB employees and has a standardize total effects value of 0.285, so hypothesis 3 has a positive value 28.5%, 4) The work environment variable has a positive and significant effect on employee OCB and has a standardize total effects of 0.262, so that the work environment has a positive effect of 26.2%, 5) The job satisfaction variable has a positive and significant effect on employee OCB and has a standardize total effects of 0.608, so that job satisfaction has a positive effect of 60.8%, 6) The leadership variable has a positive and significant effect on OCB through employee job satisfaction and has an indirect standardize effects of 0.328, so that leadership has a positive effect on OCB through job satisfaction by 32.8%, and 7) The work environment variables have a positive and significant effect on OCB through employee job satisfaction and has a standardize indirect effects of 0.222, so that the work environment that has a positive effect towards OCB through job satisfaction of 22.2%
