Abstract

ABSTRACT Ferry Setiadi. Influence of Work Motivation and Organizational Commitment to Organizational Citizenship Behavior at Bank Danamon’s Employees. Thesis, Jakarta: Economic Education Studies Program. Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. 2016 This study aims to determine whether there is influence employee motivation and organizational commitment to employee OCB Bank Danamon. This research was conducted for three months from January to March 2016. The research method used is survey method with the correlational approach. The study population was all employees of Bank Danamon Indonesia, Central Jakarta Branch totaling 85 people. Population affordable restricted to employees who handle Section Power And Disaster Recovery Center which amounted to 57 employees. The sample used by 50 employees from affordable populations using simple random technique. Data variables X1, X2, and Y using a questionnaire with Likert scale. Test requirements analysis is done by using a normality test, linearity test, heterocedastity test, and test Multikolenieritas. All test requirements analysis eligible for hypothesis testing. Hypothesis test results obtained by using multiple regression results obtained by the linear regression equation obtained was Y = 47.698 + 0,352X1 + 0,279X2. While the linearity test obtained significant results X1 and X2, namely 0718 and 0880. So that the conclusions drawn are Ho rejected and Ha accepted. Thus the motivation and organizational commitment positively affects learning achievement. Heterokedastisitas test values obtained significant value X1 X2 0829 and 0924 were both above the significant value of 0.05. The significance of the results of multiple linear equations in the variable work motivation and organizational commitment of 0.000 and less than 0.05. Results Analysis The coefficient of determination of 0.561 or 56.1%. So that the conclusions drawn are Ho rejected and Ha accepted. Thus the work motivation positive effect on OCB. The conclusion of this study were: 1) Work motivation has a positive influence on OCB employee of Bank Danamon, 2) Organizational Commitment has a positive influence on OCB employee of Bank Danamon, and 3) Work Motivation and Organizational Commitment has an influence on OCB employee Bank Danamon.
