The population in this research were all teachers amounted to 60 teachers. The sample used in thisresearch was 51 teachers using simple random sampling technique. Data variable Y (job satisfaction) instrument used was questionnaire using Likert scale models Data variable X 1, X 2 and Y (compensation) instrument used was questionnaire using Likert scale models. Before use, be tested construct validity through a validation process that is the calculation of corelation coefficient score of grains with a total score and reliability tests with Cronbach Alpha formula. Results X1 variable reliability of 0,909, X2 variabel reliability 0,881, and Y Variabel 0,893 and prove that the instrument reliable. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 16.0 begins with finding test requirements analysis is the normality test using methods Komolgorv Smirnov Z and can value X 1 amounted to 0,988, X2 0,985 and Y was 0,653 of which were greater than 0,05 then data normal distribution. Then look for a test the classical assumption of multkcolinearity and heteroscedastisity test. From the multkolinearity test results Tolerance of 0,866, value greater than 0,1 and VIF is 1,155 less than 10, it can be concluded that there was no trouble multikolinearity. Next look for heteroscedasticity test with Spearman’s rho test, which resulted is significance value X1 0,775 and X2 0,765. Because the significance value greater than 0,05 then there is no problem heteroscedasticity. Then regression equation obtained was Y=37,084+0,223X1 +0,329X2 . Test the hypothesis that the F test in the ANOVA tables, known Farithmetic 8,246>Ftable 2,010. T test produces tarithmetic of compensation 2,140>2,010 ttable and tarithmetic of job characteristic by 2,428>t table 2,010. Then test the coefficient of determination obtained results of 25,6%, the remaining 77,4,% influenced by other fctors not examined. It is concluded that there are significant positive and significant correlation between compensation and job characteristic to job satisfaction of teachers at SMK AlBasyariah Bojonggede Keywords: Compensation, Job Characteristic and Job Satisfaction
