ANISSA RIZKININGTYAS. 2009. 8143097534. Analisis Komunikasi Yang Efektif Pada PT. Yamaha Indonesia, Program Studi DIII Sekretari. Jurusan Ekonomi & Administrasi. This paper has a purpose to know about communication and effective communication on PT. Yamaha Indonesia. Research method that used is descriptive analysis with searching data through observation and library. From writing result can concluded that an employee should communicate well so that work can be done effectively and efficiently. Key Word : Communication, effective communication.
