Abstract

DESI PURNAMA. 2009. Human Relations at PT Pertamina Trans Kontinental. Program Studi DIII Sekretari Jurusan Ekonomi dan Administrasi. Fakultas Ekonomi. Universitas Negeri Jakarta. This paper is intended to know about human relations at PT Pertamina Trans Kontinental. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis by collecting, collating, and analyzing the data through literature review, observation and interview. The result of this paper shows that human relations at PT Pertamina Trans Kontinental should be done with a good communication, because the communication is an important role in organization or company. If there is no communication, then there is no company that can be survive. The company needs employees who have a good communication to reach out the company goals.
