Abstract

ABSTRACT VISCA FITRIA SARI. “The Influence Of Organizational Culture and Organizational Commitment Towards Job Satisfaction Of Employees In PT Kanitra Mitra Jayautama East Jakarta”. Scientific Paper. Study Program of Economic Education, Concetration of Office Administration Education, Economics and Administration Department, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, 2014. This Study aims to determine whether there is the influence of organizational culture and organizational commitment towards job satisfaction of employees in PT Kanitra Mitra Jayautama East Jakarta. The research was conducted over two month from Mei to June 2014. The research method used is survey method with the correlation approach. The research population was all employee of PT Kanitra Mitra Jayautama as much 35. The sample used as many as 32 employee by using proportional random sampling. Data variable Y (job satisfaction), variable X1 (organizational culture) and the data variable X (organizational commitment) are primary data. Techniques of data analysis using SPSS 18.0. From the result of Ftest, found that F count (10,744) > F table 2 (3,33). This means that X 1 and X 2 simultaneously affect the Y. T test produce t count of X 1 is (2,746) = t (1,699) and t count X 2 (2,495) = t table (1,699). Because t count = t ,it can be concluded that there is a influence on the oragnizational culture and organizational commitment towards job satisfaction. Then a coefficient of determination of test results obtained 0,426 or 42,6% variable Y determined by X and X . Based on the result of regretion model, regression equation obtained is Y = 23,085 + 0,229X 2 1 + 0,285X 2 . Beside that, the result of R 2 eqqual to 0,426 wich means that compensation and training can explained productivity eqqual to 42,6% and 57,4% explained with another variabel.
