Abstract

Jordan Julian, 2019: Measuring The Intention of Tourists to Revisit Situ Patenggang, Bandung. Thesis, Jakarta: Study Program S1 Management, Faculty of Economics, Jakarta State University. Counselor Team: Usep Suhud, M.Si, P.Hd & Shandy Aditya, BIB., MPBS The purpose of this research are to determine wheter customer experience affect to satisfaction, tourist attraction affect to satisfaction, satisfaction affect to revisit intention, customer experience affect to revisit intention, tourist attraction affect to revisit intention, customer experience affect to revisit intention through satisfaction, tourist attraction affect to revisit intention through satisfaction. Methods of data collection using survey method with the instrument in the form of questionnaire. The sample of this study are 215 respondents who have visited Situ Patenggang Ciwidey Bandung are at least once. Technical analysis of data using SPSS version 22 and AMOS version 22 to process and analyze research data. The results showed that customer experience are positively affect to satisfaction. Tourist attraction are positively affect to satisfaction. Satisfaction are positively affect to revisit intention. Customer experience are positively affect to revisit intention. Tourist attraction are positively affect to revisit intention. Customer experience are positively affect to revisit intention through satisfaction. Tourist attraction are positively affect to revisit intention through satisfaction.
