Abstract

Syamsul Bahri, 2019: Analysis of Factors Affecting Involved Revisits at Visitors to Dusun Bambu, Bandung. Thesis, Jakarta: Study Program S1 Management, Faculty of Economics, Universtias Negeri Jakarta. Counselor Team: Ferry Setyo Wibowo, SE, M.Si & Usep Suhud, M.Si., Ph.D. The purposes of this research are to determine the influence of .experience quality on customer satisfaction, travel motivation on customer satisfaction, destination image on customer satisfaction, , experience quality on revisit intention, travel motivation on revisit intention, destination image on revisit intention, and customer satisfaction on revisit intention The method of datas collection uses survey method with the instrument in the form of questionnaire. The samples of this study are 200 respondents who have visited Dusun Bambu, Bandung. Technical anlaysis of data uses SPSS version 25 and AMOS version 24 to process and analyze data research results. The results of this study are, experience quality has positive influence on customer satisfaction and revisit intention, travel motivation has positive influence on customer satisfaction and revisit intention. Destination image has positive influence on satisfaction and revisit intention. Customer satisfaction has positive influence on revisit intention.
