Abstract
Tri Melda Yani, 8105160533, The Effect of Organizational Culture on Employee Performance with the Work Environment as a moderating variable at PT Astra Daihatsu Motor in Jakarta. Thesis, Jakarta: Faculty of Economics, Jakarta State University. 2020 This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of Organizational Culture on Employee Performance moderated by the Work Environment at PT Astra Daihatsu Motor in Jakarta. This research takes three months, starting from November 2019 to January 2020. This research was conducted using survey methods. Affordable population in this study amounted to 170 employees. Based on the Isaac and Michael tables the number of samples in this study were 114 respondents. The technique of selecting respondents using proportional random sampling, using the proportional random method. For data processing, researchers processed the questionnaire using a Likert scale. Employee Performance Variables (Y), Work Environment variables (M) and Organizational Culture variables (X) are primary data in the form of research questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is, first the analysis requirements test consisting of the normality test and the linearity test. The two classic assumption tests consist of multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity tests. The three multiple linear regression tests. The four hypothesis tests containing the t test and the F test. The results of the F test in the ANOVA table resulted in Fcount 69,864> F table 3.08, this means that simultaneously X and M were related to Y. T test yielded tcount 2.669> t table 1.981, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant effect between the work environment and employee performance. Then, tcount 29,808> t table 1,981, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between organizational culture and employee performance. Based on the results of data analysis, it has multiple regression equations Ỷ = 12,600 + 972x1 + 280x2 + 790x1x2. The coefficient of determination test (R ²) of 0.943, namely the influence of organizational culture on performance reinforced by the work environment as a moderating variable of 94.3%, the remaining 5.7% is influenced by other factors not examined. Keywords: Organizational Culture, Work Environment, Employee Performance
