Abstract
DEA PUTRI SULISTIYOWATI. 2020. 1703517045. Analysis Of Education and Training Implementation for Employees of PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero). D-III Office Administration Study Program. Faculty of Economics. State University of Jakarta. This paper has a purpose to find out how the implementation of education and training for employees of PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero). The methode used in the research is descriptive analysis using methods of data collection through observation research and library research. From writing result can be known that the implementation of education and training is expected to produce quality human resources and be able to provide the best contribution in achieving the goals of a company. Keywords: Human Resources, Education and Training.
