Abstract

ABSTRACT MEI NIRMALA SARI. 8105128043. The Correlation Between Work Motivation with Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on Employees PT. United Tractors, Tbk in Jakarta. Script, Jakarta: Economic Education Program, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. Mei 2016. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between work motivation with organizational citizenship (OCB) on employees PT. United Tractors, Tbk. This research was conducted for three months starting in Maret 2016 to Mei 2016. The research method used is survey method with the correlational approach. The population in this study are all employees PT. United Tractors, Tbk Jakarta which amounted to 900 employees, dan and population affordable from this research is limited to employee in the service division which have 294 employees. According to the table and sample population with a level of misunderstanding 5% then obtained a sample of 158 employees using simple random sampling the service devision. The sampling technique in this study is a simple random sampling. Data from variable X is work motivation and variable Y organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) which is the primary data in the form of questionnaires. Test requirements analysis done is to find the regression equation obtained is Y = 49,45+0,522X. Normality test results Liliefors produce and Lcount = 0,064 where as Ltable = 0,070 at the significance level (a) = 0,05 to the number of samples (n) 158. Because Lcount = 0,064 < Ltable = 0,070 then the variables X and Y have normal distribution.Testing the hypothesis with a significance test of regression produces Fcount 53,16 > Ftable 3,91, which means a significant regression equation. produce regression linearity test of F 1,10 < Ftable 1,49 so Fcount < Ftable it can be concluded that the model is a linear regression equation. Product moment correlation coefficient generating rcount = 0,504. T-test produces tcount 7,29 > ttable 1,645. Thus it can be stated correlation coefficient r xy = 0,504 is significant. The coefficient of determination obtained at 25,42% indicates that 25,42% of variation organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) is determined by motivation and the remaining 74,58% Based on the results of this study concluded that there is a positive and significant relationship between work motivation and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) to the employees of PT. United Tractors, Tbk Jakarta. Keywords : Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Work Motivation
