Abstract

ABSTRACT Nurmala Dewi, 2015; The Influence of Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at PT. Morita Tjokro Gearindo. Thesis, Jakarta: Concentration of Human Resources Management, Study Program of Management, Department of Management, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. The purpose of this study were: 1) To know descriptionfor organization commitment, job satisfaction and performance at PT.MTG., 2) To determine whether there is influence of organizational commitment on performance at PT. MTG, 3) To determine whether there is an influence of job satisfaction on performance at PT.MTG, 4) To determine whether there is an influence of organization commitment and job satisfaction on peformance at PT.MTG, 5) To know how far the contribution of organization commitment, job satisfaction on performance at PT. MTG. This research is taken to 49 employees of PT. MTG the technique of. Data collection technique used survey method ny distributing , wich are then processed using SPSS 21.0. This research using descriptive and explanatory analysis. The results of regression indicate that there is positive influence and significant between organizational commitment to performance and there is positive influence and significant betweenjob satisfaction to performance. Organizational commitment and job satisfaction simultaneously positive influence and significant to performance through F count > F (18.801> 3.20) and significant value (0.000 <0.05). This research has figured out of score of organizational commitment and job satisfactiononperformance is 45% through the result of Rtable 2 influenced explained by other factors.
