Abstract

ABSTRACT Yana Yandilana, 2015; The Influence of Motivation and Communication Climate Against Organizational Commitments at PT. Bank BNI Syariah Branch Office of Bekasi. Skripsi: Jakarta: Concentration in Human Resource Management, Management Studies Program, Department of Management, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. The purpose of this study were: 1) To know description for motivation, communication climate and organizational commitment at PT. Bank BNI Syariah Branch Office Bekasi, 2) To determine whether there is influence of motivation on organizational commitment at PT. Bank BNI Syariah Branch Office Bekasi, 3) To determine whether there is an influence of communication climate on organizational commitment at PT. Bank BNI Syariah Branch Office Bekasi, 4) To determine whether there is an influence of motivation and communication climate simultaneously on organizational commitment at PT. Bank BNI Syariah Branch Office Bekasi, 5) To know how far the contribution of motivation and the communication climate on organizational commitment at PT. Bank BNI Syariah Branch Office Bekasi. This research is taken to 49 employees of PT. Bank BNI Syariah Branch Office of Bekas the technique of. Data collection technique used survey method ny distributing , wich are then processed using SPSS 21.0. This research using descriptive and explanatory analysis. The results of regression indicate that there is positive influence and significant between motivation to organizational commitment and there is positive influence and significant between communication climate to organizational commitment. Motivation and communication climate simultaneously positive influence and significant to organizational commitment through Fcount > F (32 979> 3.20) and significant value (0.000 <0.05). This research has figured out of score of motivation and communication climate on organizational commitmen is 42.9% through the result of R2 table influenced explained by other factors.
