Abstract

ABSTRACT Cynthia Nellawati, 2013; Influence Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment towards Performance at PT. Artajasa Pembayaran Elektronis. Skripsi: Jakarta, Resource Management Concentration, Management Study Program, Department of Management, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. This research aims to identify the influence of job satisfaction and organizational commitment toward job performance of employee’s. The purpose of the research are: 1) To know description for job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and job performance of employee’s at PT. Artajasa Pembayaran Elektronis. 2) To know the influence of job satisfaction towards job performance of employee’s at PT. Artajasa Pembayaran Elektronis. 3) To know the influence of organizational commitment towards job performance of employee’s at PT. Artajasa Pembayaran Elektronis. 4) To know the influence of job satisfaction and organizational commitment towards job performance of employee’s at PT. Artajasa Pembayaran Elektronis. The population of this study is the employee at PT. Artajasa Pembayaran Elektronis 188 employees in population and the number of sample were 125 respondents. Analysis of this research is accomplished using the SPSS statistical application program for data processing. The type of this research is descriptive with explanatory research method. The result for hypothesis testing shows: 1) Determination of job satisfaction on employee performance is (32%); 2) Determination of organizational commitment on employee performance is (25%); 3) Determination of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on employee performance simultaneously is (43,5%).
