Abstract

ALBERT MARIO. 2015. 8223128280.Analysis of Purchasing Decisions Product Smartphone Samsung (study of student in the department of management on jakarta state university the economics faculty). Study Program, Diploma in Marketing Management. Department of Management. Faculty of Economics.State University of Jakarta. This paper aims to investigate the characteristics of consumers and analyzing the consumer’s purchasing decisions Smartphone Samsung. The method that used in this research is descriptive analysis. By using data gathered through literature and questionnaires with spreading of 100 respondents then the results of that data is being recapitulated. Based on the results of the research it can be seen that most respondents made purchasing Smartphone Samsung are mostly men by 62 percent, with the coming of age ranged from 18-23 years by 97 percent. The process of purchase decision Smartphone Samsung through five stages, that is the introduction of the needs, information search, alternatives evaluation, and purchase decision.
