Abstract

THE EFFECT OF TRAINING AND COMPENSATION TOWARD EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE WITH MOTIVATION AS MEDIATION VARIABLES IN PT. SEDANA PASIFIK SERVISTAMA. Abdul Hakim Abstract Training and compensation programs are provided by companies in the hope of motivating employees and improving the performance of their employees. This study aims to analyze the effect of training and compensation on employee performance by using motivation as mediation at PT. Sedana Pasifik Servistama. The research uses a quantitative approach with an observation unit of all employees of PT. Sedana Pasifik Servistama and total sampling technique with the number of respondents as many as 110. The method used is a survey with a questionnaire and descriptive with the type of explanatory research. The method of data analysis on this study is the validity test, reliability test and hypothesis test using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). The results showed that training, compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Motivation has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, motivation can mediate the effect of training on employee performance and motivation mediates the effect of compensation on the performance of employees of PT.
