Abstract

ANALISIS STRATEGI PEMASARAN PADA ANTASENA TOUR & TRAVEL.Program Studi DIII Manajemen Pemasaran, Jurusan Manajemen. Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Jakarta. This study aims to find out the marketing strategy of Antasena tour & travel and can describe about (Strength), (Weakness), and (Opportunity), (Threat) on marketing strategy implemented by Antasena Tour & Travel. In this study data collected by researchers in the form of primary data and secondary data using data collection techniques through interviews and documentation. The analytical tool used by researchers to formulate marketing strategy is SWOT Matrix. The results reveal the fact that the marketing strategy in doing Antasena Tour & Travel has not been effective to attract consumers because the graph shows not reaching the target in one year, while the marketing strategy in use is direct marketing. Where the strength lies in the cheap product prices with the workforce and stakeholders who are already professional in the world of tourism, while the weakness lies in the lack of number of Tour Leaders when the high season, the relationship is still a little abroad and marketing that has not used social media facilities such as Website.
