Abstract
Dini Nurfauziah, 2019: The Influence of the Work Environment, Organizational Commitment and Job Stress Against the Employee Job Satisfaction of PT Kemuning Persada. Thesis, Jakarta: Human Resource Management Concentration, Strata 1 Management Study Program, Department of Management, Faculty of Economics, Jakarta State University, 2019. The objectives of this study are: 1) To find out the description of work environment, organizational commitment, job stress and job satisfaction on employees of PT Kemuning Persada, 2) To determine the effect of work environment on employee job satisfaction of PT Kemuning Persada, 3) To determine the effect of organizational commitment on job satisfaction of PT Kemuning Persada's employees, 4) To find out the effect of job stress on job satisfaction of PT Kemuning Persada's employees. This study uses the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) method to analyze data. The research model used in this study uses descriptive and explanatory analysis. This research was conducted on 103 employees of PT Kemuning Persada using saturated samples. Data collection techniques using survey methods that are distributing questionnaires which are then processed with the SPSS 23.0 program. The results of SPSS show there is an influence and significant work environment, organizational commitment and work stress on employee job satisfaction.
