Abstract

THE ANALYSIS INFLUENCE OF THE INNOVATION AND APLICATION TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENTON THE PERFORMANCE OF THE COMPANY IN ORDERTO CREATE A COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE DEKSTIA The objective research is to obtain information concerning to the effect of the innovation and implemented total quality management on the performance of the company in order to create competitive a competitive advantage or not. The research methodology used survey. Data collection done toward 175 respondents. Respondent were chosen by simple random sampling technique. The data were collected with questionnaire and analysis with SEM. Result on the analysis isconcluded that the innovation and the implemented Total Quality Management have influence to the Competitive advantage by direct or indirect through Performance of the company. The hypotheses is proven by the indicator of significance of the influence between variable that more than (<) a = 0,05 and also the result of T-test that T count more than (>) T table.
